In the kitchen, he is assisted by Franck, who, after 25 years at the helm of his restaurant in Frontignan, decided to join the Bistrot del Mar adventure to showcase the exceptional products of the Mediterranean. The dishwasher, Daniel, is with them every day. In the dining room, you'll find Nelly, the chef's wife, who manages two waitresses: Noémie and Lise, and a waiter: Kalyan.
